Submit a Ticket

If you have a technology question or issue, we are here to help! Click on the button below and you will be directed to our Ticketing system powered by GoToAssist. Please log into the system with your username and password. You then click on Create a Ticket. After typing out your question and selecting your Library, click on submit. The ticket will be sent to our staff for evaluation. It’s that simple!

Please include make & model of any equipment that needs our attention.

This software will allow our technician to work on your system remotely. If you are asked to ‘Open GoTo Opener?’ please select ‘Open GoTo Opener’ to begin your support session.
